Wasteprowlers

A mostly arid and rocky land surrounding the former battlefield of Wartorn Valley. Primarily flat or rolling lands with the topography becoming more hilly to the east and south where the river runs southwest through a high-sided ravine. A bridge crosses the river to the southwest.

Aegean connects to Varmint Woods to the east, Athen Shire to the west, and Stret West Bank to the southwest. It is unique among zones in that it surrounds the Wartorn Valley zone on three sides. Galway County surrounds Galway Shire on two sides, and Lush Fields completely surrounds Mutant Domain.

The Aegean zone has no direct Whompah or grid access.

Wasteprowlers, Sand Fleas, Blubbags and Hammerheads comprise the majority of the enemies wandering in this area.

At 1320, 1980 in the Herders' Hole area is where Bronto Burgers come from: a large corral full of Minibrontos.

A Lesser Anun Tearer patrols through the center of the Flea Dyna Camp at 2101, 2343. Anuns will attack even when grey to players

The Face of Comedy landmark, best viewed from the air, can be found at coordinates 1400 x 2750 in this zone. A Flea Dyna Camp was to the southwest of it at 1417, 2618 but was removed. Together with the one still existing to the east of it at 1480, 2780, they were in closer proximity to each other than any other dynas in AO, not counting dual Dyna bosses such as the Cyborgs in Perpetual Wastelands.

The Rhinomen Dyna Camp in the far south was altered significantly in the patch that introduced Daily Missions. The Rhinomen have erected a statue of their new totem animal / deity, the Eremite that is the target of the Infestation Aegean mission. They are found in smaller number than before, perhaps from predation by their god.
