This is a NCU clearing device that was introduced in patch 17.3 with the Albtraum play field and is made with components common to the area. Each combining of the ingredients results in a product with 5 charges. The tradeskiller can alter the Ql of the final product, from 250 - 300, by adjusting the amount of Pharmatech skill they have in the final step, from 1375 - 1650: 5.5 times the QL. Although the item has no locks, the 1252 First Aid required to use the lowest QL is likely prohibitive for Froobs.

Process
