General Info
Each June towards the last week of the month Funcom celebrates Anarchy Online Birthday since birth on June 27, 2001. Special quests, new building fro your city or special mob spawns maybe included. It varies each year. It lasts about three weeks
12th Anniversary 2013
The 12th Anniversary celebrations started on June 22, 2013 at 17:00 GMT when the Advisors of Rubi-Ka held a part at their ARK Island of Ceremonies. Parties continues all weekend long at various locations with plans for more on the following weekend.
On Monday June 24, 2013, Funcom announced the rest of the festivities in their post (alt post).
Returning from last years celebration are the free 
Jet Pack, The Tinker, and Desert Rider returned. In addition, visiting ICC, you would see mobs from Subway and Totw.
Goodies
Full set of QL300 Desert Nomad Armor in a vacuum pack is given by The Tinker when she receives 250 gifts from a player.
Dust Brigade Parasite Helmet is awarded If you buy or extend your membership by 3, 6 or 12 months by July 8, 2013.
Nano Crystal (Balloons), can be claimed by all paid toons

11th Anniversary 2012
The 11th Anniversary celebrations started on Friday June 22, 2012 and were scheduled to run to July 8. Returning from last years celebration are the free Jet Pack, The Tinker, and Desert Rider returned. In addition, visiting ICC, you would see mobs from Subway and Totw. Special items became available (see below).

10th Anniversary 2011
The 10th Anniversary in 2011 started June 22 and lasted four weeks. There was live parties in Montreal and in game parties as well. A new raid mob Desert Rider was being spawned by giving party gifts to The Tinker obtained from the Desert Nomads wondering the desert. Besides the party gifts Desert Nomads dropped nomad armor parts and social items. In addition, parts for the Org City Sauna building became available again. There was other stuff like hecklers wearing party hats but they still were just as mean as ever.
