Captain "Rik-Rak" Jones stands at 380,310 in the corridor that connects the two cloning towers in Biomare. Though he will not attack players who pass by, he is a very tough and dangerous opponent against those who attack him, with the capacity to completely negate the abilities of his attackers. Rik-Rak drops Assault-class Tank Armor 100% of the time.
Rik-Rak is the intended recipient of the Defense Unit Remote given to the player by Cody Monkie in ICC HQ. Before Patch 18.7 Cody stood on the shores of Newland Lake, just south of the ramp to the center of the lake.
Rik-Rak was rumored to drop the item making it possible to obtain Delta Clearance, but it seems likely, although it has not been confirmed by Funcom, that this item never existed in game.

Under attack Rik-Rak spawns so called Lab Defense Unit for each of his attackers. Those devices root and stun whoever is underneath them and do a decent damage over time. Upon destruction, the lab defense unit deals a minor AOE nano drain. Rik-Rak will summon a lab defense unit every 20 seconds or so during the fight.

Tactics

It's common consensus that it is extremely difficult to solo this mob. Rik-Rak spawns a "cage" (Lab Defense Unit) for every player or pet that attacks him. This cage permanently stuns the person trapped in the cage in addition to applying a Damage-Over-Time (DOT) upon him. It may however be destroyed to free the team mate, and therefore, damage dealers should focus on quickly disabling the cage before continuing on the fight. The cages are quite weak and can be killed easily, while the tank continues attacking Rik-Rak. An off-tank is highly recommended for this encounter in order to soak up damage while the tank is trapped. Rik-Rak himself has not too many hitpoints, and as long as there is sufficient team work to keep the lab defense units down, the fight should be relatively short-lived.
