Tri Plumbo is a failed genetic experiment on what seemingly used to be a Nano-Technician, that has managed to escape from the laboratories of Biomare. Now he hides in the sewers in the western part of the facility. He plays a role in the Security Card Quest and in the Collar of Amplification Quest.
Drops Storm Carbonum chest, legs, helmet and gloves in the range of QL 60 to QL 100. Arms only go up to QL 90. Boots start at 90 and go up to 100.

Tactics

Tri-Plumbo is the first boss you will meet, and will take about 6 Level 70s to bring down. His difficulty is weaker than Aztur, including that he has less hit points and slower run speed. Beware of his poison aura though, as it will pulse out every 10 seconds or so, dealing up to 480 damage to all melee attackers. A healer should cast a team heal often to mitigate the aura. Do not neglect the tank, or the fight will be shortlived.
