Borealis is (or was) home of the neutrals. In recent times OT has imposed martial law in the city "for it's own protection". Many Clan and Neutral citizens are obviously upset by this.

Anyway, Borealis is THE place to see and be seen. An array of shops and meeting places, with great Wompah and Grid access. Also hosts regular PVP scraps near the grid entrance.
