2.0 Vehicle Air If you decide to raise any Vehicle skill, this one will be it. Trickle-down, Implants, and Experienced Aviator Sunglasses will help you get a Yalmaha on sooner if you don't want to spend a single IP in this.
2.4 Vehicle Ground Ground Vehicles add a small boost to RunSpeed to help you get places. Not recommended you raise this as Air Vehicles are much better and faster and you will probably get a Yalmaha later on anyway.
2.4 Vehicle Water Do not raise this. There isn't much water around for this to be very useful. Air Vehicles will let you travel over water without difficulty anyway.
2.0 Map Navigation This skill is resetable after 18.1 patch.
