Dr. Renee DeAnjou was an Omni-Tek doctor who had helped devise a chemical called "Notum Dust". The chemical was to be used in a plot to turn clans against themselves. With the aid of several clans, she managed to escape Omni-Tek and continue her research to find a cure even though Omni-Pol Division Six was closely following.
Today, Dr. DeAnjou is missing and presumed dead.
