Inasmuch as they lack a recognizable head, Eyemutants are the least humanoid of Mutants, and yet they also seem somehow among the least wretched, as though the Omni-Tek experiments that spawned them had flung them far enough away from their genetic tree that they had assumed a comfortable identity as a completely different species.

Eyemutants drop the valuable namesake ingredient of Eyemutant Sinew Armor, the other being Bronto hide. They also drop finished Eyemutant Orb Lasers and the Eyemutant Eye needed to craft them. They are scattered all over the lower areas of Rubi-Ka, but they are not found in the Artery Valleys or Perpetual Wasteland.

There is only one Dyna Camp of Eyemutants, a level 20 in Newland Desert at 2180, 2740; far in the north and thus closer to Meetmedere than the Whompahs to the south.

A group of level 65 Eyemutants lurk near a building north of Outpost 20K in Milky Way.
