Herder's Hole is located in Aegean at 1320, 2084.
It's essentially a series of breeding pens for Brontos operated by, you guessed it!, Bronto Burger. There is a Bronto Vendor, Mission Terminals, Insurance Terminal, Bank and a Clan aligned basic weaponsdealer. The other facilities don't appear to be restricted to Clan.
