Implant Disassembly Clinic
Implant Disassembly Clinics have a strange reputation of being 'fixer only' devices, but their use and misuse is in anybody's hand. It is true that only a Fixer can actually wear the item, and it functions similarly to a super version of the normal Treatment Library, but anybody with enough BE and NP can use it to clean implants.
It gives a higher bonus to Treatment, 20, at its highest QL, 195, but its real strength lies in its low requirements: 463 CL and Treatment at that QL. Compare with 459 Treatment requirement at QL 107 and +11 for the Treatment Library, max of +18 at QL 194 and 825 Treatment requirement.
As good as the Clinic is, it still comes second behind the Doctor-only Treatment and Pharmacy Library that makes up for a more steady pace with a big +36 finish.
