Neleb's Nightmare Battlerod
Neleb's, from the Steps of Madness has become the go-to weapon for low level twinks, as low as in the Condemned Subway, because of incredibly high damage, or incredibly low requirements, depending on how you look at it. The next highest damage weapon, Gravity (Atrox only) is very slow, requiring a lot of Melee Init to swing at 1 second attack and recharge, and has almost double the weapon skill requirement.

Tradeskill Process
The combination of items in Anarchy Online works as follows:
Open the tradeskill window (Shift + T). Here you can place the two items you want to combine in the left and middle part. The resulting Item will be shown in the right area. Missing skills, or non possible combinations will be shown below. A detailed look on the resulting item is possible with a simple shift-left-click on it. It is recommended to have free inventory space before combining items, else the item will end in the overflow window. The Complete Nightmare Ether is made by combining 5 drops found in the Steps of Madness, the Nightmare Tidal Ether, Nightmare Anarchid Ether, Nightmare Spacial Ether, Nightmare Burning Ether, and Nightmare Darkness Ether.
