To create this armor

1) Acquire a full set of armor using any combination of peaces from Steel-Ribbed ArmorID NOT FOUND Nadir Steel-Ribbed ArmorID NOT FOUND or Obtru Steel-Ribbed ArmorID NOT FOUND

2) Hack each peace of armor using Hacker Tools ID NOT FOUND (6 B&E * QL) or Lock Pick of Eight ID NOT FOUND (4 B&E * QL).

3) Combine an Omnifier ID NOT FOUND to each hacked peace of armor.

Omni-Tek Steel-Ribbed armor cannot be worn by neutrals, unlike its clan equivalent, Apocalypse Leather.
