Physician's Cap
For the doctor in the house, there is a nifty hat out of the classic game that adds a nice spot of treament and first aid skill as well as a large chunk of nano points for heal casting. The good news is that when you make this cap it levels from 15 up to level 75, the bad news is that it requires a trader to buy the base hat and low ql notum chips to make. While the cap is geared for doctor use its not locked to doctors, and it has a lot good bonuses at low levels for treatment, so it might be an item to throw in the buff bag when you are trying to crowbar yourself into a difficult implant.

Tradeskill Process
The combination of items in Anarchy Online works as follows:
Open the tradeskill window (Ctrl-t). Here you can place the two items you want to combine in the left and middle part. The resulting Item will be shown in the right area. Missing skills, or non possible combinations will be shown below. A detailed look on the resulting item is possible with a simple shift-left-click on it. It is recommended to have free inventory space before combining items, else the item will end in the overflow window.
