==Step One==
Head to '''Temple Bog''' in the South-Eastern part of Scheol. Once inside head north and to the second room, where you will take a left, heading along the pathway to the door. Enter and maneuver yourself to the right, eventually you will find '''Prophet Eckel Roch'''. Have a chat with him and he will ask for you to find a pattern of the '''Empath'''. If you already did the recommended preparation and grabbed the competed blueprint, start chat up again and hand him the Blueprint. Once you have done so, head back to the garden (There is a statue located just outside the temple)
