Omni-3 is completed. The city is given the official nickname "Rome", and it's nominated to be the future home to the post-lease Rubi-Kan democratic government.

Rome Red is the central district of Rome. It seems to be the main communictaion area of Rome, as it contains a whom-pah to Omni Entertainment, Galway Castle, Broken Shores, and also a Grid terminal. There are four exits from Rome Red,which all lead to either Rome Blue District or Rome Green District (two for each). With a beautiful river and a magnificent statue in its centre, Rome Red a nice place where one can always relax after a hard day's work.
