can we get a table or footnote that tells were the cutoff for each max ranks (ie what multipliers 5 ranks per level, what 4 ranks) or if is based on class (multiplier dosnt determine max ranks) add a table that shows max ranks per level. Githyan 14:34, 23 October 2009 (CDT)
