After completing Patrolling the Forest mission talk to One Who Walks The Night and get this mission right away. Otherwise you might have to do the Patrolling the Forest again before he will talk to you.
This is mission is simple enough. "One Who Walks The Night said you should talk to Ruminating Strife. He would probably have some things for you to do. Apparently, Ruminating Strife should be down by the west Penumbra incarnator."
Upload the location to the map and proceed to the spot. There is no timer or reward for this mission.
