The trash king is a mob(Junkbot) that resides near Athens and has to be killed to create 3rd pads. It has a lacky who is Doctile but will attack when he(or the Trash King is in danger. The only danger in this area(If you dont plan on killing trash King are the mobs known as buzzsaws who agroo easily.

They also drop the items needed to complete 3rd sholderpads.
