Overview
The Xan is also known as the twelve man raid(12m). It is located in the Xan Center Hub at /waypoint 347.1, 407.6, 6013. You access the Xan Center Hub from Unicorn Outpost using an elevator at /waypoint 337.8, 128.9, 4364.
This instance offer many end game items and items to make end game items.
After defeating the Deranged Xan you get a very useful 5 hours Offense/Defense buff.
