Treatment Library

These are a pair of essential treatment buffing devices, one for any profession, the other for Doctors exclusively, that everybody should have one of in their buff bags for implants and other treatment operations. They are not exactly easy to make, but a skilled Engineer or Trader can make them easily and all the components for low level versions are store buyable. Higher level versions must be made with higher QL Portable Surgery Clinics.

Tradskillers should take note that during the final assemble of the Treatment Library, the device's Quality Level (QL) might be bumped. Use the the TradeSkill panel (Shift + T) to assemble the parts and to review the QL level of the new device before you complete its build. Treatment libraries have specific breakpoints which provide maximum benefits with the minimum requirements.

Implant Disassembly Clinic has the same bonuses and is worn in the same slot as a Treatment Library. It can be used for the purposes of removing clusters from implants, by any profession, but can only be worn by Fixers and Agents using False Profession.

Modifiers

Both devices are equipped in the Util 2 slot, so a Doctor can only equip one. They both boost treatment and first aid skills.
