A long overdue Hello to you. I am currently working over at The Legend of Dragoon Wiki for a short time; the opportunities for adding screenshots etc has dwindled somewhat. I hope to get expansions at some point, and that will give me lots to do.

Making titles singular makes them dead easy to link to. If one wants the link to be plural, add an 's' after the ]]. Cannot be done the other way around without a | (pipe).
In aesthetic terms, I agree that Special Attack is awkward for a title of a list, but it is an excellent title for the subject as a whole. Lists alone just are not as readable and interesting as a fully written up subject, and that is what any wiki, especially the best AO wiki, should be aiming for.
