Xeavier Humbold is a solitus male who is the current spokesperson for the pro-peace clan of New Dawn. He resides in several cities and also has contacts and an office in Omni-1 (HQ). He is a quiet individual who sees this conflict as never-ending and seeks an end to the war through diplomacy. Mr. Humbold was elected as representative for New Dawn when Ruth Montezuma was threatened with perma-death by the Dust Brigade. She is still out of the public eye in hiding and Mr. Humbold conducts New Dawns affairs.
The New Dawn clan was once one of the largest pro-conflict clans on Rubi-Ka, even rivaling the Sentinels. It is currently the third largest of all clans (Sentinels and Knights occupying the first two positions respectively).
