First Tier Soldier Jobe Suit

This suit is a Levelling Item, it starts at QL100 and goes up to QL160. The armor is made from upgrading Jobe Armor, at QL160 it can be further upgraded to Tier 2 Armor. The tradeskill process to make this armor can be found at Tier 1 Armor.
