Dr. Hestiya is located at /waypoint 806.7, 613.3, 4880 and is surrounded by a swarm of level 125 Highlands Spiders and level 120 Acolyte Malah mobs.
Ancient Novictum Refiner is used in assembling the Pocket Bosses summoning crystals.
