IPR
Improvement Point Reset returns any IP points used to increase a character's skill. Each character has a limited number of full and individual skill IP Resets and should be used cautiously. In addition, all items and implants must be removed before you can use an IPR. All Rubi-Ka playfield maps or map upgrades are unlearned.
