Savage Scorpiods thrive in sandy desert climes, even at the borders of the woods and grasslands of The Longest Road

Insectivorids like the Mantises, Scorpiods show less intelligence and more frenzy; unlike the Mantis they will not flee a battle, and will not always come to the defense of other Mantis if the battle is far away.

They are almost exclusively Desert and near-desert creatures; while the Mantis are often found deep in woodlands and forests and grassland, if a Scorpiod is spotted, then sand or rocky areas cannot be far away.
