Skills

Traders are the only profession to get Computer Literacy-enhancing nanos. Apart from enabling them to fit better NCU chips and belts and other items, as the text on the nano says, more Computer Literacy really does also lower the prices on items bought from shops and increases the amount that shops will pay for items. At low levels, it will only do this by 1%.

Computer Literacy buffs must be applied before a shop terminal or merchant buy screen (not just dialogue) is activated; once the Trade window is open, the prices are set, and buffs added have no effect on the prices, and conversely, buffs expiring have no effect either.
