This item is one of three items that the Ancient Medical Device is used to make from the parts found in the Albtraum play area in Inferno. This device, when equiped and used will change the damage type of the user for 3 minutes and lock Time and Space for 5 minutes. Several different versions can be made using different types of damage samples from the normal mobs found around Albtraum, but the Fire generator is used as and example here.
