His difficulty could be placed somewhere on par with Aztur, although Tri-Plumbo attacks are slower than that of Aztur's. Beware of his poison aura though, as they will pulse out every 10 seconds or so, dealing 200 damage to all melee attackers. A healer should cast a team heal often to mitigate the aura.
