Collect six Insignia of Vanya

Calibration Tuner + Screwdriver = Calibration Tuner - Set to wrong Offset, with which you can dismantle various devices in Penumbra: reportedly prerequisite missions which can be found around Penumbra.
After all seven are destroyed, the next section of missions begins: killing exploiters and their henchmen:
Three outside the Unredeemed Temple at White Citadel:
- Calun-Cur - Leader
- Rawa-El - Marked!
- Buran-Kuiri - Leader!
- Chimera Cranii - Marked, southeast of the Level 215 Incarnator
- Malah-Ea - Leader!, at the Pipe, near the Malah-Enimvero dyna boss
Two more outside, and then one inside, the Unredeemed Temple at White Citadel:
- Baran-Kuir - Leader
- Eron-Cur - Leader
- Patiarch Prophet Nar Van; inside the Temple. After it is deceased, Acolyte Cama Hume should appear. Trade the six Insignias to the Acolyte to spawn the penultimate boss:
Omega Carlos Truhillo. After he does, the boss appears:
Unredeemed Vanya. Spawns among many social mobs. Pull carefully; Aggression Enhancer may help. Upon Vanya's death, the Sanctuary key appears in inventory:
