Hacked Grafts
Nano grafts are nifty little items from the Classic AO game that contain nano programs that you can 'cast' by using the item. There are two types of nano grafts:normal grafts which lock a nano skill for 1 hour minus 30 seconds per ql of the graft, and boosted grafts which lock for 30 minutes minus 30 seconds per ql. The down side is that normaly only the profession that has the nano in its list can use the graft, so it would be only useful if you didn't have the nano. Luckily, you can remove the profession restrictions on a graft by using a hacker tool, there by gaining access to certain nanos outside your profession list! Note though that not all of the nano programs of all the professions can be found as grafts.

Tradeskill process
The combination of items in Anarchy Online works as followed:
Open the tradeskill window (Ctrl-t). Here you can place the two items you want to combine in the left and middle part. The resulting Item will be shown in the right area. Missing skills, or non possible combinations will be shown below. A detailed look on the resulting item is possible with a simple shift-left-click on it. It is recommended to have free inventory space before combining items, else the item will end in the overflow window.
