Implant Disassembly Clinics have a strange reputation of being 'fixer only' devices, but their use and misuse is in anybody's hand, though one of the critical parts does come from the Fixer Shop. It is true that only a Fixer can actualy wear the item, and it functions simmilarly to a super version of the normal Treatment Library, but anybody with enough BE and NP can use it to clean implants.
