The Sanctuary Mission is given automatically at the successful conclusion of this mission.
Patch 18.6
A second way to get the pattern pieces came with the patch: a new type of Inferno Mission designed as a single instance, pulled from the companion Yutto of Ergo, The Retainer Of Ergo.
These instances require a minimum level of 170 to enter, but the bosses drop garden key pocket boss parts. Collect them all!
The mission entrance itself is located SW of the Portal to Pandemonium, just before Ergo in Inferno and can be accessed through a cave entrance.
