This strange but amazingly useful armor started dropping from Uncle Pumpkinhead during Halloween of 2007, though before it was much speculated to have been part of the Miy's Armor set that was not put in the loot table. While this armor is very hard to get in qls above 240ish, many of the parts are very useful for all players. Most useful of all is the shoulder patches which add a bonus to agility and sense.
