Introduction
ID NOT FOUND
The Reanimator's Cloak was introduced in patch 15.5 along with the Crypt of Home Dungeon. This nano buffing robe quickly became popular with casting professions trying desperately to get those last few points of nanoskills to cast that next heal, attack, or pet.
The Robe starts off at QL100, with a level lock of 75+ to wear, and ends up at QL150 with a level lock of 100. To level the robe all you have to do is right click it, provided you meet the Psychic and Intelligence requirements for the next jump in QL.

The Heart of a Pit Demon (Unique)
This grizzly bit of biomatter is obtained realtively deep into the Crypt of Home from a, shock, Pit Demon. The demons themselves can be found past the second locked door in the Crypt.

A Bio-Comminutor
This little item can be found in the trade skill section of any basic, advanced, or superior store. Be warned, this is used up. So only grab a QL80-100ish one. Save your expensive QL200 one for your Blood Plasma mashing.

The Necromancer's Cloak
A bog standard robe that is a common drop off general minions in the Crypt of Home.
The Process
Okay now that you have everything you need, time to get your hands dirty, or find a friendly tradeskiller to do it for you.

Grizzly but effective
Use the Bio-Comminutor on the Pit Demon Heart, this process needs 525 in Chemistry to accomplish. The result will be a vile of Indigo Carmine.

The final step in this little process needs to be done by yourself, since the finished product is nodrop! So be careful. Slab the Indigo Carmine onto your Necromancer's Cloak, and bingo, one nifty little leveling robe. This step needs 450 Computer Literacy.
Final Word
As you can see, not an overly hard tradeskill compared to some, though it can take a little time to gather the bits. Its a very good reward, with the robe starting at QL100 with +9 to all nanoskills, and once you've leveled it all the way to QL150 it gives a nice +11. Good for those times when you've just got to squeze the last drop of juice out of your skills.
