Spirit Infused Yuttos Modified NCU
These are the newest, hottest memories on the block and they are made from the parts from the new Albtraum Play Field that drop from the bosses. The best part is that they are unlocked so anybody can use them, and tradable so you don't have to buy the huge amount of tradeskills to do it yourself! The QL of the final Product scales based on how much ME you have. 1750-1800 will make a QL300 memory for any QL Yutto's Memory, but note that you need a non-spirit infused memory to make this process work.

Tradeskill Process
The combination of items in Anarchy Online works as follows:
Open the tradeskill window (Shift + T). Here you can place the two items you want to combine in the left and middle part. The resulting Item will be shown in the right area. Missing skills, or non possible combinations will be shown below. A detailed look on the resulting item is possible with a simple shift-left-click on it. It is recommended to have free inventory space before combining items, else the item will end in the overflow window.

Remember that the 'QL' in the skill requirement is the QL you want to item to end up at, not the ql that the item is already at, this is different from other tradeskills!
