These are a pair of essential treatment buffing devices that everybody should have in their buff bags for implants and other treatment operations. They are not exactly easy to make, but a skilled Engineer or Trader can make short work of them and all the components for low level versions are store buyable. Higher level versions must be made with higher QL Portable Surgery Clinics. Tradeskillers should note that this is an older tradeskill so the products of each combine can jump a good deal in Quality Level depending on your skill.
