Vultures are aggressive hunters, not merely scavengers like their Earth counterparts. They fly in circular patrol paths, and cover a wide area this way. However, their aggro range does not seem to encompass the entire area, as if the aggro range was the distance from the center of their circle, not the edges. In any case, caution is advised.
Their unusual movement and the problems it causes for pulling and targetting in general is probably the reason there are very few if any Vulture Dynas.
