NODROP

NODROP in an item's description means that you cannot sell this to a shop or vendor, trade it to another player or even drop to the ground. The only way to get rid of such an item is to delete it.

Many of the valuable items in static dungons are NODROPs, so they should be carefully examined before looting. There is no possible way to pass them to another player.
