Blubbags' powerful jaws and prolific numbers made them a powerful ally of mining operations on Rubi-Ka, but have always made them a powerful nuisance to its residents.
While they were used in Omni-Tek ore mining operations, their numbers and movement were managed, but the shutdowns set enough free that there was soon self-sustaining populations all over Rubi-Ka.
