The cloak begins, usable only by Clan Meta-Physicists. These two processes remove these restrictions; as is common for hacked items, this comes at a price. The first process removes the profession lock, while the Nano Initiative bonus is removed. The second process removes the side lock, but lowers the bonus to Max Nano Pool.
