Only exists in QL 200, and level locked to 170 and up. Drops from Dust Brigade generals (General Kronillis, General Nitrox, General Vivyan) in Perpetual Wastelands. No helmet; all the other pieces have a bonus to Max Health and Max Nano. A stronger Clan-only set with higher requirements also exists - Dustbrigade Commander Armor.
