Shadowlands and Rubi-Ka MOB Difference

The effectiveness of weapons different between Shadowlands and Rubi-ka MOBS. Shadowlands mobs have higher ACs which makes weapons with higher minimum damage more effective. Switching weapons between area is recommended. Picking a weapon based on type of AC damage can be effective but discovering which AC a MOB is week on will take time.

Starting Weapons

• Worn Blade - Provided start up weapon
• Dull Katana - Buy able at Jobe Harbour from the NPC's Winnie "Unwavering" Glowtail or Arlean Cervenak.

Level 1-50

• Sword of Sir Tristram - Drops from mobs at the Redeemed and Unredeemed camps in the Nascence Training Grounds
• Guard of the Gentleman - Drops from mobs at the Redeemed and Unredeemed camps in the Nascence Training Grounds
• Jobe Defender Naginata - Buy able and is suppose to drop from Mobs at the Redeemed and Unredeemed camps in the Nascence Training Grounds
• Ax of Violeta - Drops from faction mobs. It has the same min/max damage like the Frost Scythe. Its special attack is brawl.

Level 50-100

• Stygian Desolator (NODROP) - Drops from Aztur the Immortal in ToTw. Recommended up to level 100.

Advantage -> fast and high MaxDmg with special attack

Disadvantage -> the MinDmg

• Frost Scythe of the Legionnaire (NODROP) - Dropped by Deathless Legionnaires in ToTw. Good till level 80. Check your damage the Frost does better than Stygian with many mobs.

Advantage -> High and Low damage amount the same.

Disadvantage -> slow

• Energy Scythe (NODROP) - Found on various mobs in Totw. Its an option but other ToTw Weapons are better.

• Sacrosanct Sword Staff and Inamorata Naginata - Drop from Sided Mobs in Shadowlands along with weapons for other professions. They can be upgraded using Glyphs.
• Ofab Wolf Mk 5 bought with Victory Points

Level 100 - 200

• Longsword of the Illuminated - Drops from Mooching Dryad in Adonis. Considered an excellent weapon if you can get one.
• Senior Longmoon - Mission Reward. Some considerate it a great weapon from level 100- 161. After 161 the recommendation switches to Queen Blade or a Frost Bound Reaper (FBR).
• Prickly Tangleblade - Clan - Solitus - Dynacamp/Boss Loot (QL1-124 are not Clan only) - Brawl Required
• Queen Blade (NODROP) - Level 161 - Drops from Mantis Queen in Smugglers Den. - Brawl Required
• Enhanced Queen Blade (NODROP) - Level 185 - Upgraded version of Queen Blade - Brawl Required
• Sacrosanct Sword Staff and Inamorata Naginata - Drop from Sided Mobs in Shadowlands along with weapons for other professions. They can be upgraded using Glyphs.
• Frost-bound Reaper (NODROP) - Drops from Inner Sanctum.

Advantage -> Same High and Low damage amount

Disadvantage -> Not recommended on Full Defense

• Abyssal Desecrator (NODROP) - Drops from Inner Sanctum.
• Enhanced Queen Blade (NODROP) - Level 100 - Drops from Tarasque in Camelot Castle. - Brawl Required
• Permafrost (NODROP) - Drops from Inner Sanctum.
• Copy of The Excalibur Drops by Tuq'usk in Inferno

Advantage -> high MaxDmg and fulldef possible

Disadvantage -> either expensive or procure it takes a long time until they drop. Most used on Rubi-ka because on Shadowlands it does min damage.

Disadvantage -> some farm work

Level 200-209

• Champion Sword of Sir Tristram
• Guard of the Gentleman

• Inamorata Enel-Thar Naginata - Brawl Required - Unredeemed
• Inamorata Thar Naginata - Unredeemed

• Sacrosanct Enel-Thar Sword Staff - Brawl Required - Redeemed
• Sacrosanct Thar Sword Staff - Redeemed

• Great Sword of Achilles (NODROP) - Radiation Damage
• Great Sword of Hercules (NODROP) - Chemical Damage
• Great Sword of Perseus (NODROP) - Poison Damage

• Duplex Sword of Counteraction Clan or [1] Omni (NODROP)

• Virgin Naginata (NODROP) - Drops from random Shadowland mobs

Advantage -> high MaxDmg and fulldef possible

• [4] (Alien Loot) Considered one of the best Keeper swords

Level 210+

• Kyr'Ozch Sword - Type 112 (Alien Loot)
• Kyr'Ozch Sword - Type 880 (Alien Loot)

Advantage -> both are fulldef possible high MinDmg and good ideas

Disadvantage -> expensive! and until ql250 + better than frost-bound Reaper in the level

• Ofab Wolf Mk 1

Advantage -> Free, really good weapon

Disadvantage -> VP and updates farms

• Lord of Pride

The Beast Loot, therefore not easy to obtain.

With Xan Weapon Upgrade Device Xan Weapon Upgrade Device this sword can be upgraded to Pride of the Xan, the Keeper's ultimate weapon.
