Nascence Missions

Compact Message Datadisc

Certain mobs here may drop Compact Message Datadiscs; a clever way of integrating missions and other gameplay; while doing other things, players may pick up the Data discs. Each Data disc is marked with the name of an NPC and is titled "Re: X" (Regarding X) and is received by that NPC, who then offers a specific mission, to kill X mob

The Discs for Dr. Rosenblatt are dropped from five mobs and each mob drops only one kind, but the Redeemed and Unredeemed discs all come from one mob each

The Redeemed (Seeker Aban Kald-Nuir) and Unredeemed (Avatar Urga-Pi Thrak) give pretty extravagant rewards, considering this is a starting zone. There is only one mob type to kill for the Datadiscs, for each faction.

We've seen no information indicating the rewards change their QL based on character level, but if they did, that would be a significant factor. Only thing for sure is that there are level caps on some Nascence missions.

For each faction, there are five missions, two of which are to kill the same mob (Narunkt and Remur-Nefer), which can both be completed with one kill of that mob if both missions are active

• Kill 5 Hiathlins - Nascence Frontier
  • Kill a Prime Hiathlin - just before zone to Mil. Thigh of a Hiathlin Prime spawns in inventory; bring it back to Dr.Rosenblatt
