The Neutrals
Neutrals Are the middle men.. Neutrals stay out of the conflict between Omni-Tek And Clan, They support neither of Omni-Tek or Clan , Their Side Exp bonus isnt very good.. They also dont get token boards but can use things such as the Experimental Cyborg Token Board Template:AODB
They also get benefits of using both the Omni-Tek/Unredeemed Gardens Template:AODB And The Clan/Redeemed Gardens Template:AODB
This is a huge benefit to them as they can travel anywhere in the Shadowlands Easily.
