This mob is the most powerful Juggernut in the game it's level is bewteen Lv 245 and 250.
Location: Omni-AF Primary Base, Avalon, 1850 x 1250
It has a 45 min spawn time.
It you are gonna raid it you have to have a good team and watch out for any OT troopers near the boss.

As in all OT bosses the juggerent's item are clan only:
Omni-Pol Command Juggernaut will drop 0-3 random items.
