This is a powerful, upgradable healing kit that is usable only by people who have accrued points from the Veterans Rewards program, which requires a player to pay for the game. The base unit costs 3 points and each upgrade costs 5 points, so the total upgraded item costs 23 vet points. Each upgrade increases the amount of treatment needed to use the device but also increases the healing amount and lowers the refresh time. The big boon of this item is that it can be used both on Rubi-Ka and the Shadowlands.
