Retoolkit
Harland "Retoolkit" Bregetty is a small robot manufacturer with a workshop in Borealis city. His interest is currently to create an army of automated defense robots that will help defend Borealis city from Alien attacks, and cause the occupying OT forces to leave. It is his belief that if the OT forces see they are not needed they will happily leave and stop wasting money on Borealis.

Mr. Bregetty lived in Borealis for most of his life tinkering with robots before Omni-Tek came to occupy Borealis. Seeing that other methods had failed to drive out Omni-Tek he had his idea for a robot army. He hopes that after OT leaves that it will return to being the peaceful city it once was.
Retoolkit is also known to dislike spiritech and other instances of Shadowlands technology in a some what vocal way, suggesting that it is too dangerous for casual use.
