Ancient Damage Generation Devices

The Ancient Damage Generation Devices (ADGD) are three item types, each made from an Ancient Medical Device (AMD). The AMD is found in the Albtraum play area in Inferno. Equipping and using an Ancient Damage Generation Device changes the damage type of the user for 3 minutes and locks Time and Space for 5 minutes. Other ingredients, including samples from the normal mobs found around Albtraum, determine the damage type of the ADGD. The Fire Generator is used as an example here. The character level 210 requirement makes it impossible for Froobs to wear despite no Expansion requirement.

The combination of items in Anarchy Online works as follows:

Open the tradeskill window (Shift + T). Here you can place the two items you want to combine in the left and middle part. The resulting Item will be shown in the right area. Missing skills, or non possible combinations will be shown below. A detailed look on the resulting item is possible with a simple shift-left-click on it. It is recommended to have free inventory space before combining items, else the item will end in the overflow window.
